From the very beginning in dealing with Keith and Keith, I felt I was in good hands. After meeting with Jennifer, I knew I was in good hands. Very professional, kind, and understanding. In fact everyone I met there made me feel at ease, they were all kind (very). All my questions were addressed, needs met with kindness and Jenn went above in beyond in helping me feel all would be okay. She made the Memorial Service very special; my friends and family spoke about it with adulation. Thank you.

During one of the most difficult times in our lives, the staff, especially Jennifer, at Keith & Keith Funeral Home showed us such compassion, professionalism, and care. From our first conversation, they made us feel supported and understood. Jennifer handled every detail with such grace and attention—from helping us plan the service to making sure all of our wishes were honored.
