My wife of 62 years recently passed away at home in Yakima and I had Keith and Keith handle the entire process for me. They are outstanding people at Keith and Keith, and really did a fantastic job!
My initial experience was not good. But management heard my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve every issue that had arose. The effort to correct made up for the initial experience and because of it i would absolutely recommend going to Keith and Keith. They are honest, accountable, and they showed me that they are truly out to do right by their customers and will go the extra mile to do so. Thank you Keith and Keith, Daniel in particular, y'all did well by me and mine and I greatly appreciate it.
