Been with him a while. He has been great to me. No hidden increases and he even set my insurance up on a Sunday so i could get my car legal at my appointment to the SOS the next day before State Farm opened. Thank you sir.
Keith Jones state farm is the perfect place to pick for your insurance needs. I've been with them roughly 5 years now. I have had the pleasure of speaking with most of the employees, and I must say each encounter has been pleasant. I have had many requests for price inquiries on properties vehicles and so on, and they couldn't seem happier to help each time. Pick these guys/gals
I've been with State Farm for years. Keith Jones and his entire staff are wonderful. I love being able to speak with a person to answer all my questions. Also, I love having an agent. I can go into a place to speak with.
These people have lost their damn minds! $1500 a month for a 2016 F150, 2016 Escape, 2013 Focus and 2011 focus???? (After adding 2013 Focus. Previous monthly bill was around $400) My wife and I had been in communication with Keith to find out why so high. They put a hold on payment to "check into it". Next thing we know, cancellation of policy for "non payment" comes in the mail. No callback! No text! No communications back, whatsoever, before just canceling our policy! Keith Jones is very professional and he really knows insurance. He listens to what I am looking for then gives suggestions. I appreciate that in an agent. His staff has always been attentive and never rude. Whether it is taking care of a windshield replacement claim or updates to my policy, they handle it efficiently, quickly, and professionally.
