Horrible. I was seen on a Thursday for triple hernia surgery referral. I was told that I would be emailed a surgery date no later than the following Monday. I called late Monday and was told the scheduler was "busy". I called late the next day and was told again, the scheduler was busy and they didn't have info. As if that info would not be in the system. The office manager subsequently called me back and told me they had not received approval from Kaiser. Upon meeting Dr. Vandergriend, my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with me going through with what is known as a particularly rough procedure and recovery. Everything done by Dr. Vandergriend and his team is done with professionalism and their true goal in mind: a happier, healthier patient. Highly recommend Dr. Vandergriend and his team.
