I had similar problems to Bobby. I had my taxes done and I had a return problem and they don't want to help me. They told me to call the government and figure things out on my own. If I wanted help then it's going to be more money because they are busy and there time is very valuable (I guess mine isn't). If they did the return and the government contests it, shouldn't it be there mistake to fix? I'd be better off going my own taxes since they offer no assistance if you have an issue.
