After a flood in April 2025, we called around to several HVAC companies, Keith HVAC had the best prices and quickest turn around time. We had our HVAC completely moved from utility room to attic and new duct work installed in attic. Alan and his son, Don had the work done within 2.5 days. Our LG&E has been cheaper and have had no issues since even during the extreme heat this past summer and colder nights at the start of winter. We appreciated their timeliness and quick response during a difficult time!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They Been here 2 times to “fix” ac not working and couldn’t fix it either time. Now I sit here on Christmas before a house full of people with 70 degree temps outside and it’s 78 in my home. Can’t wait to host our first family event with sweat running down our noses into our food. I shoot a text and I get 0 acknowledgment back. Company’s complete garbage. Keith came to my family's house in December 2023 and replaced our whole HVAC unit. He told my mother she had a ten year warranty on the whole system. This year our heat went out and we tried to call him to claim our warranty and have him fix it. We called Keith multiple times a day for 3 weeks and he has answered about twice, set up appointments and never showed. Since these no shows all the rest of the calls have gone unanswered.
