Keith Henry was court appointed case manager, against my wishes, as I had already dealt with his incompetence 8 years earlier. This being a custody issue, he made 4 recommendations in 5 weeks. The last 3 were called supplements, to clarify what he was trying to say. By the 4th recommendation even Keith couldn't make heads or tails of what he was trying to say.
