I’ve booked two phone call appointments to not have any phone calls, it’s one thing per appointment which I have never come across in all the doctor surgery’s I’ve been in, I can’t get an appointment to speak to any doctors it’s a complete waste of time of a place and I will be going else where, never been in a doctors so shocking before!

Phoned monday morning about an increasingly bad cough and suspected chest/throat infection, was referred to Clarks Pharmacy and told "Just go down tomorrow morning". Went down to Clarks and was asked if I had made an appointment, to which I responded "I was referred by the health centre to come down in the morning".... they had no appointment in my name. Abysmall communication, 24 hours after 1st phoning trying to deal with my medical issue and I'm no closer to getting it dealt with.

I called as I had breathing issues due to an infection and I’m an asthmatic, receptionist told me to go to Clare’s pharmacy.. a week later issues still the same and receptionist said there’s no appointment with any doctor for 4 weeks… terrible experience and so uncaring. The health centre is legally and ethically bound for your health.. but they do not care at all ..

Sadly the NHS is not set up to deal with current health requirements. It is arcane and GPs have little hope, despite some of them caring. At Keith Health Centre they try to do a decent job, but the appointments are rushed and the care is sub-par. In my last appt I was reminded on three occasions that it’s only 10 minutes long and I felt they just want it over and done with. I don’t feel supported and I actively do anything to avoid contacting them now because I know the ‘help’ I get not be a good experience.

I have been to the doctor surgery maybe 4 times in the last 8 years and every time they have been attentive, friendly and efficient. Any need for repeat prescription has been easy to do and in general I have had no problems. :)
