Scheduled an appointment at 10:45, couldn’t even look at my car until 2. Rescheduled the appointment in anticipation of a loaner vehicle and I’m told the current customer holding it is awaiting parts because the original parts ordered were wrong and then the new ones are back ordered. Doesn’t inspire any confidence. Steer clear and go somewhere else.
Taylor Sneed is a wonderful, down-to-earth, salesman. Rather then fluff up the sale, he demonstrates what the car is and understands what a win-win situation is for both customer and dealership. Taylor made the experience a worriless experience and understood what was occurring during the negotiation. Taylor is a perfect example of what a salesman should be. Thank you for your time Taylor.
I feel like they are treating me as if the sale hasn't even happened yet they value their customers that goes far by me.
