Honestly, don’t waste your time. I had booked an initial evaluation appointment in June. I was told I would receive a notice of what doctor I would go to within the next week. I have never heard a response. I called in July and was told someone would get back to me at the end of the day, I heard nothing. They billed my insurance 237.28 cents for the initial evaluation with no follow up. They are just out here taking evaluations for money.
Oh trust I will be looking for a lawyer . That Barbara lady was disgustingly rude . Sounds like she needs a therapist more than I do
The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a therapist. There is no one to speak with at the office. The one time I called to discuss a bill, I heard a rooster crowing in the background.
Started going here recently because they took my insurance (most places don’t) and all of the employees I spoke with during scheduling were more than friendly! I immediately clicked with my new therapist and I couldn’t be happier!!! They offer virtual sessions as well which was a must for me, super accommodating! Highly recommend this place!
Incredibly unprofessional office and therapists.
