My recent experience were so bad and if there could rate zero I will do zero instead of on star. The stuffs were unprofessional and rude.
Very SLOW, ghetto, and unprofessional. They sit around and talk to coworkers while there’s a lobby full of customers. No sense of urgency whatsoever!!!
My recent experience with the disfunctional CHS healthcare system : I go to the doctor for an annual physical and am told by multiple people at CHS including the doctor that my physical will be 100% covered by insurance. Weeks later I get a bill for $400 with line items including "surgery". I contest the bill and request another review and they still stick me with the $400 charge saying it's accurate.
