Fractured a shoulder in three places and Dr. Flak was able to restore me to full function without an operation. His wide expertise in orthopedic medicine allowed him to assess and recommend the options and then the final appropriate therapy and rehab for my situation. Strongly recommend Dr. Flak. Excellent surgeon. I have all ready given his name and number to several people. He dispelled all my fears regarding the surgery (rotor cuff and pin in the joint after resetting it) and follow up rehab. I'm so grateful I had the surgery and found such an outstanding physician.
Sprained my ankle playing basketball and Dr. Flak got me all patched up! He did such a great job that I returned when I crashed my bike and tore my miniscus on the right knee. Again, took great care of me and now I'm playing ball again! Handsome and charming to boot!
Dr Flak is wonderful. I tore my ACL playing soccer, and he rebuilt my ACL. I am back to playing! I would recommend this surgeon to anyone who tears their ACL. He even worked with the NFL at one point in his career.
