Upon contacting Keith, he came promptly to see what was the problem with our air conditioning which was not working. Upon his advice we agreed to install a new air-conditioner and to our surprise he was able to do this the very next day. We were most grateful as we had no airconditoning for some 5 weeks as a previous person after sighting the problem failed to contact us for 4 weeks so we were most grateful that Keith was able act so quickly.
