Keith and his assistant fixed a leaking pipe underneath my master bath sink last year. He fixed it so there are no more problems. He also gave me over the phone advice to fix A minor problem with my toilet. Very nice and knowledgeable man.
Keith and his team are second to none. No matter what the problem is, just call Keith and it is done right the first time, every time.
Keith and Tyler came out and rebuilt a frost-free hose bib, installed two shower heads, fixed the handle on a tub faucet, and explained several aspects about our plumbing. They are very knowledge-able, professional, friendly, and patient. They have an equally friendly person answering the phone so you can avoid phone tag and they communicate scheduling and projected arrival very well. Superb overall experience.
Keith and his team are AMAZING! I had the pleasure of working with him on a quick and easy fix from a leaky flush valve. He was incredibly professional and educated on how to resolve my issue. His team were incredibly positive and transparent to work with. I was really impressed with the level of service I received, and they definitely set themselves apart from any other plumbing company I've ever worked with.
Keith is verrry knowledgeable, responsive and best of all, extremely cost effective ! He was able to point out that there was a problem with my Water Softener and that enabled me to have it repaired the very same day!! I’ve got him coming back to install a valve that is silent too! I would recommend Keith Durso Plumbing to everyone for their plumbing problems!!!
