Dr Horner has been our family Doctor for 34 years from the time he completed his residency and started his practice to date. He has overseen every medical issue I/We have had or journeyed thru. He has been a trusted advisor and GREAT Friend to me and my family. We moved from Waco in 2018 to Sherman, Tx thru Oct 2024 still continued to make the trip to see him each quarter to manage my diabetes.
