Generally pleased with both Dr. Hood and his staff. My questions were answered clearly and expectations about what to expect during recovery were managed well. However, I do have a concern about the results after recovery and this potential outcome was not brought to my attention or discussed before the surgery. When I brought my concern up in a follow-up visit, it was not documented in the visit notes which only noted that I was happy with the results.
