Very good experience. Doctor explained my problem and what to do do in simple words. Quick and fast visit . Friendly and responsive staff.
The care that was given by the therapist was excellent. Dr. Douglas showed bad bedside manners and often making comments that were unprofessional.
So glad I went to see Dr. Douglas about the two problems with my hands. He thoroughly examined my hands explained in detail what the issues are and what to expect. For one issue he put my mind at ease about something I thought might be a problem. In the other case, he referred me to a therapist onsite who fitted me for splints to wear when working out. He has a great demeanor and I was very relieved when I left. Felt I was in excellent hands with him. Pun intended!
