Dr Douglas and his team are AMAZING , however it is impossible to get a hold of the front desk . I have been trying to resolve a parking ticket that I was issued after being told by the front desk that the first 2 hrs are not charged . I have been calling for the past 3 days , being sent to voicemail all three times . No call back after leaving voicemails. Poor communication unfortunately, be prepared to pay for parking for your clinical visit .
The staff and Dr Douglas at TOA are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended:)
