I have used this specific location for about 10 years now. I have the hardest time getting anyone on phone. That is not a recent issue by any means. They have always been hard to call and get an answer. I normally have to go to the actual store to talk to someone. I finally changed agents and I am so happy. I wish I would have done that WAY sooner. In summary, State Farm is a good company to go with for insurance. Keith Brooks State Farm location specifically is very hard to work with. Use a different agent.

Very terrible customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of anyone in this office for over two weeks. I have called over ten times, emailed multiple times, left voicemails, even texted and no one has answered.

This office was great and very quick to respond when we started business with them. We had no complaints, and they handled a few claims during our years with them very thoroughly. However we recently moved and have been unable to get in touch to cancel our policies. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered, and we receive no calls back. We have now reached out to corporate who was able to get the process started, but the refunds we are owed must come from the local agent.
