Dr. MacDonell is the most kind, caring and compassionate doctor ever. He has been taking care of me and my family for over 30 years. Very thorough and takes the time explain options and plans in a calm professional manner.
He makes medicine great! He is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever experienced. During my sister's long hospital stay, he rounded every day. It is very rare now to find a docter that calls you back, takes the time to explain things to you , doesn't rush you , doesn't treat you like a number. Dr. MacDonell is one of them. How refreshing!! He is patienca, genuine and doesn't make you feel like the questions yuh ou ask for re beneath him. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and that they are not just numbers for him. More doctors can learn from him.
