I bought 4 truckloads on screened topsoil from Keith Austin. 3 loads were great, super finely screened. The 4th load had huge chunks of dirt in it, making it unusable. Apparently they don’t screen the topsoil right before they deliver, so my soil had been sitting for an unknown amount of time since being screened. Be sure to ask when your soil was screened before accepting delivery
Very good people.
Enjoyed working with his guys, hope to do more business w/them on the next job.
