I have always been very anxious visiting dentist all my life until I started seeing Dr Shawn Custer at Keith & Associates. I have had implants put in and his demeanor and care have made me look forward to now being able to go without having to take any of my anxiety medicine. I would highly recommend him as your regular dentist.
Dr. Sean and Lily were amazing. Dr. Sean talked me through everything he was doing and never got annoyed with me for my anxious habits and questions. He truly brings my anxiety down from 100 to 50. It was the least painful dental experience I have had. Lily was so kind and comforting I hope I get her every time!

This is a business first, then a service provider. As a new patient who has received continuous care for decades, with dental and insurance records transferred in - they insisted on a two-hour initial visit to complete redundant x-rays and exams which were already covered by insurance in the year, for the year, with another local dentist. Rather than listening to the customer's stated needs (a cleaning), they insisted on the money-grab approach.
