From the moment the elevator doors open, the receptionist pleasantly greets you. My dental hygienist was wonderful, Haley explains what she is going to do and right away calms you down.She is through and painless! Her positive attitude is a breath of fresh air! The Dentist that came after was quick and said it all looked good, however She would recommend a mouth guard to protect my teeth from my grinding at night! Greatly Appreciated the whole staff, and would highly recommend Keith and Associates.
I would caution you to be aware that this practice tries to up sale. I went in for a cleaning today. This was my third visit to this office. The first time they took additional x-rays even though I had stated I only wanted x-rays covered by my insurance. These costs me an additional $350. When I questioned them, I was told that they had contacted and gotten approval by my insurance prior to the visit however my insurance showed the date contacted after the x-rays were done. I had an excellent experience. Also, have a detailed plan for fixing my current teeth issues. Am so happy for the service and the employees are top notch. This was the best dental appointment I have experienced. I will ensure my family and friends know where to go for the best Dental care in Kansas City!!!
