I really enjoy the providers at this practice. Dr Aqua has been nothing but attentive, transparent and collaborative. Ultrasound techs are great as well and my visits are usually efficient. However the office is a big problem for me. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve been able to get staff to answer the phone, most of my portal messages go over 24 hours unanswered and I have to end up spending a day or two trying to get someone on the phone after I send a message. Dr. Aqua is an excellent OB-GYN whom I highly recommend to anyone! He’s knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. He makes sure you feel comfortable and informed, and the whole visit goes by quickly and efficiently. His secretaries, Karissa and Claudine, along with the entire office staff, are amazing—always friendly, professional, and helpful. The office runs so smoothly, and the wait time is always very short. I couldn’t ask for better care or a more pleasant experience!
