a little disappointed being that I have been a patient here for years as well as my family. Two times in a row the wrong medication name was sent to my pharmacy and my insurance declines it because it isnt the brand they approve or the proper documentation needed to prove my correlating health concerns needed for the approval.. I have tried to call the office and explain this and their either place me on a 20-40 minute hold or never call me back. I am disappointed.
Great customer service, clean, never a long wait.
The office staff was courteous and timely. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Aqua.
