Tammy is such a go-getter, and she made our entire home-buying process a breeze! I met with Dylan ONE time in the 5+ months that my home was on the market. Only spoke with him a couple of times in that period where I generated the calls, not him. It's important to note because dylan keith, on my first and only meeting with him, told me, "I call my clients every Friday whether I have news or not. Just to keep in touch". Wonderful agent who went above and beyond expectations to sell my home quickly.
I met with dylan keith one time in a 5+ month period. keith made many promises of how he would expedite the sale of my home BUT he did not deliver! keith showed weakness in so many areas. Somewhat lazy in my opinion. He put out little to no effort, did not produce the actions he promised, and was NOT instrumental in the eventual sale of my home. keith was what I call a "silent partner."
