Stopped in for engine maintenance on a Piper Navajo. Was charged 40 hours labor to replace two Cylinders on the left engine. This should have been between 15-20 hours labor maximum. Lycoming manual suggests 7 hours for replacing both. Nick's mechanics were inexperienced and did not even bother to follow the procedures laid out in the lycoming repair manual. This shop is incompetent. Bill Phillips

Excellent Service. Great people, highly recommended. I was interested in purchasing a plane Keith Aero had listed online but as I am located on the east coast I could not quickly get out to Illinois to see it in person, I did not want to miss out to other local buyers who were also interested. We landed for a “quick” fuel stop and had some significant hot-start issues. Fortunately one of the pilots on the field recommended that I call Nick Kieth, the owner of Keith Aero if I couldn’t get it started. He said, “Nick loves to help out, is only 10 mins away, and will come over”. Nick lived up to his reputation and worked with us until as late as 11pm so we could get back to KENW. They did a great job repairing the wing walk on our Piper. Very professional and concerned about the quality of the job and the safety of the aircraft. Can be trusted to perform excellent work at a fair price. When I found out the individual working on our plane had consulted with the USAF in Dayton on warbird restoration, I was very comfortable he was qualified to work on our Piper. Thanks guys/gals a great job.
