Called to get information on a referral that my insurance sent. Not sure who I spoke to but the front desk and referral coordinator were not pleasant. In fact, they acted as if they were bothered that I needed help seeing if my referral went through. Definitely will be going elsewhere with more professionalism and compassion for patient care.
