The most rude and condescending front desk staff I have ever come across.
Dr Farjo is okay - scheduling is very difficult with him and he could not fit me in even for an eye emergency last year, so I switched to the Opthalmologist who could see me. Also, most of the receptionists here are just patronizing and rude. They need to record themselves and play back so they can hear how they sound - it’s that bad. Happy to have found a kinder and more responsive practice.
