Did a colonoscopy. Gave me medication which worked. Told me I didn't have to come back unless I had any more problems. That's AOK in my book.

Been a patient for 20 years now I will not go anywhere else.
Dr. Friedenberg is very… abrupt. Doesn’t seem to remember his patients ? Asks questions then doesn’t listen to answers , sorta throws samples at you and hurries you out . They seem to always be running late ? They want deposits for services … just a weird experience and not helpful after an entire year of trying.
Concerned more about their money than my health. I have medical mutual insurance with no copay. I have a 5000 family deductible/200 per pay taken out into Account to pay that deductible per year. I am billed and I again have no copay. Long story short I took a sick day for procedure and they called me demanding $500 upfront or I can’t get the procedure done. so, in other words, if I had cancer I get to die because they didn’t get their $500 upfront..
