I am a business owner and needed my front door and back door (2 very different locks) changed out in a pinch. He was able to take care of me and gave me very high quality professional looking locks on my business. I am glad to have the security of key control over my office now. He had all of the right items to get me squared away in a reasonable amount of time.

This man is nice enough however, when he cant cut a lock and needs to use his drill, he damages your property and drills holes in it instead of just the lock. If you pay attention, he claims that every negative review is not a customer of his. He'll probably say the same thing about my review because I don't go by my real name on google. I assure you though I used his services before I found Henry's lock and key.

I called them at 11:16am said it would be 30min. Called again at 12:40 no response. Called economy lock&key at 12:45pm said it would be 20 min showed up at 1:00pm. Sitting in my truck and keisling shows up at 1:22 sorry but 2hrs and six min.....could have at least called me to let me know something. I'm a truck driver I know that sometimes things happen but not communicating with me is just bad business.

I just needed locks to be rekeyed. He informed me that he couldn't and replaced everything with unapproved ugly knobs and dead bolts that didn't match anything. He charged me over $1200 and the job was botched and not complete. I tried to meet up with him a week later and he never showed up. I finally got him to come out again to fix his mistakes and he tried charging me again, after I had gone back and changed everything myself and returned the hardware back to him. Big mistake hiring this guy. Look elsewhere.
