The most excellent doctor I have ever encountered in all my many surgeries and procedures...highly recommend her.
I’m highly disappointed that this doctor wouldn’t even see me so I can get a second opinion instead had her very rude nurse Bonnie call me and let me know that they will not see me for the laceration of my bladder and that was not the reason I was going there and then continue to argue with me why Dr. Jones will refuse to see me. I wouldn’t advise anybody in this world to ever go to any OB/GYN doctor that is at Baystate Medical Center, because you will be putting your life on the line and you will never be the same. I recently had surgery performed by Dr. Keisha Jones and would recommend her. She thoroughly explains surgical remedies for your specific problem. She’s very professional and very gentle and kind at a time when a woman needs to have all those needs met.
