I have exhausted all means of trying to get in touch with Ms. Keiser. I have been trying to reach her since the beginning of February 2018 regarding my children’s adoption case (although she was paid in 2017). I have sent numerous emails and Facebook messages spanning back several months. I even called her office and talked to her secretary twice last week!
