If I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended to dr keiser by a friend, I was told he's the best of the best to end up getting the worst of the worst. My first appointment was consulting about all 4 wisdom teeth that needed to get extracted the first appointment went really good he made me feel comfortable and not nervous for the procedure he told me it's quick easy and I'd be recovered in 3-6 weeks. I am writing this review to let people know " buyer beware". It is only recently that we realized how we were scammed by this office. Dr Keiser did a fine job removing my sons 4 wisdom teeth. Linda the office manager was horrendous and did a bait and switch job after it was too late. Only now as we took our other two sons to a different oral surgeon for their wisdom teeth removal did we realize how ripped off we were. Excellent! I found this office after calling and going to a few others. . I had major and costly work to do and wanted to be sure I was comfortable with the the Doctor and the office. I found Dr. Keiser. Linda, the first person I spoke to, is amazing. Friendly, helpful, easy to talk to. Great with insurance issues. I immediately felt like they really cared.
