They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
I will absolutely be returning. They did a great job, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their office was easy enough to locate. I didn't have too much trouble finding it.
