The worst! The people who work in the Cleveland office are rude and non responsive. Melissa, Shannon and the receptionist sound horribly unhappy and need to take a class in ethics. Not sure how this law firm would want these unprofessional slugs representing their business. If you hate your job and life that bad. do something about it! I would give negative stars, if that was an option.
