I have just had to endure Rachel Hauks nasty & rude attitude all while l was actually trying to pay my agreement what was put forth by the judge on the case. She was very condescending unhelpful, sarcastic and discourteous. I explained to her that l never got an email , & they sent it to my personal email which I did not give the lawyer in the court room. Rude, Disgusting Organization. The Woman who the answers the phone is horrible they should fire her. They only take on shady clients with a criminal background. They defend liars, people who lie to police officers, but are afraid to go to court. HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS A TRUE NIGHTMARE! I emailed RACHEL HAULK several times to get my payment lowered! they did lower it twice for me however I thought I could afford it however inflation is so high I can’t! Rachel Hauk has a not so nice pompous attitude. I asked to settle a nearly 10 year settlement for 1/3 of the price. And she was absolutely non negotiable. And that was fine. She didn’t have to agree. She also didn’t have to be rude about it. ReTrain her.
has anyone that got their license suspended & made a payment plan with that rachael thief get their license back? or does she just never file the payment plan for proof and u never get your license back
