I can't say enough good things about this company. Our well pump failed unexpectedly while we had renters staying at one of our vacation homes, and they understood the urgency immediately. Their response time was unbelievably fast. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed pump, and had our water restored far quicker than I ever expected. This is the second time I used Keiper Plumbing. The first time I used them, I was satisfied with their work, which is why I called on them for additional work. I called early in the week of 20 April 2026 and asked for an appointment for 1 May with two issues I was having in my home; the earliest I could get was for 8 May. I stated what I needed done: hook up the plumbing in a bathroom and a leak in my basement. I needed to provide my cc information to keep the date reserved.
