I called to ask a question about the primer - and how good it was against carbon black paint used in EMF shielding. I had to give information as if I was signing up for an email list - then was asked the same question. Are you commercial - residential or a distributor. What does that matter - I am trying to find a primer to solve someones issue - man right when I thought I found a healthy mineral company nearby - you get a smart ass receptionist - who's mad you called.
The products at Keim are second to none. Even though I am a small contractor at Keim they treat you as though you are a million dollar customer. Thank you Steve for spending time to answer even the smallest questions. I will remain a loyal customer for life, Karl Schmitt
