Don't expect them to warranty any work. Ever since the original owner sold the business communication and follow through have been horrible. A room project they did at my house included a sky light which is started leaking this spring mid April. My wife has been trying to work with them since this spring to get it fixed, still nothing. Now that the weather is turning this will be a problem. Profoundly Disappointed. We had Keilty Remodel our kitchen and laundry room is 2012 and were delighted with their work. We contacted them in December of 2023 to remodel a shower and add skylights in another room. We considered their bid extremely high but decided to proceed because of our previous experience. Well four full months later we met to sign documents and they said the price was going up 10% and the shower head, grab bars and full paint job of a very small bathroom were not included. We decided to not go ahead and ... read more

KRI did an outstanding job on 3 projects for us. They remodeled a downstairs bathroom including adding a tiled stone shower, new custom sink and vanity and a pocket door. The pocket door made the bath much more accessible. KRI replaced our dated front door with a stained solid oak door with custom oak sidelights. The last project was installing a new natural stone floor to ceiling fireplace with a reclaimed wood mantle.
