My Keil’s experience was beyond substandard. In the owner’s (Pat) absence, employees (Mike and Markie) fabricated an invoice that attempted to charge me more than twice the hours that were performed, as well as charge me for parts and services that were not supplied. In short, I was charged almost $700 for the installation of a new garbage disposal and the new lawn ornament that was my old garbage disposal. This guy is a scam artist! He goes around town trying to get people to pay for work he didn't do! Lowlife!
These guys have done tons of repair work and remodeling for my facilities management company. I have worked with them as the owner's rep on many projects. In my experience these guys do a solid, quality job for a fair price and keep to their schedule. Nobody's perfect, a few mistakes have been made, but they've always come back and fixed their mistakes in a timely manner. Keil's installed a glass shower door in our bathroom in the Iowa City area. They picked up the door and were very professional. The crew that came a long were great to work with, had a strong work ethic, knew what they were talking about, and I completely trusted them in my house. They were very honest about pricing and explained why they quoted what they did: it was very fair. I would highly recommend them for a job well done! A very friendly company!
Keils re did my bath room 3 years ago it was done so well no short cuts, I know a lot about how it should be done, and they did it all great. Then we called them back to do my kitchen. His guys are polite and clean up every day so well. My kitchen turned out beautifully, and then I hired them for my driveway addition. Wow they are even great at concrete.
