The best vet in the county. Excellent at what she does. Kind and compassionate, wonderfully knowledgeable and skilled. Same goes for the techs (Keri and Erin) who work with her. Dr. Keil does a great job making sure we understand what's going on with our pets, what's needed, what's not needed, and why.
My experience @ Felton Vet was 5 star EVERY TIME I WENT... WHEN AND ONLY WHEN WE SAW DR. JENNIFER KEIL. MY DAUGHTER & MYSELF ARE VERY GRIEVED THAT DR. KEIL NO LONGER WORKS THERE. YOU MADE A HUGE MISTAKE HAVING HER LEAVE. SHE IS & WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST VET WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! SHE'S THE KINDEST & MOST COMPASSIONATE VETERNARIAN I COULD EVER HOPE TO HAVE. MOST VETS I'VE SEEN IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY BEHAVE AS IF THEY'RE JUST AFTER THE MONEY INCLUDING YOU TWO!!!
