This practice is the worst in halifax especially for elderly people who ar supposedly know how to work computers and online appointments when the majority don't have a clue or family members to help them shame on this surgery absolutely disgusting behaviour from this surgery
24 mins waiting for someone to answer my call. Receptionist seems very disheartened with her job and unfortunately patients are getting the brunt end. Maybe its time she got something else? I know you cant tell me confiential information about my grandson, I was just enquiring on behalf of my son, if a blood form had been left to pick up. No need to be shirty. 10/10/25 around4pm
Absolutely dreadful! If you can get past the receptionist who acts like you're committing a crime by calling them, you're lucky to get a call from a GP, but then you'll get one set of tests and nothing more. They've had me on a restricted diet waiting for test results that came three weeks ago, but they didn't bother calling. It's no wonder they've got signs up trying to prevent their staff being verbally abused - you can't even complain about their lack of care because they'll threaten to take you off their list. If i could give this surgery a 0 I would. JOANNE on reception is extremely rude to both myself and my grandma to a point I have made a complaint with pals Unable to find practice managers email on line to send the complaint to also as she is a disgrace to the medical practice and should not be a front of house worker for the sick and vulnerable this isnt the first time ive had to deal with the extremely rude woman and heard her speak disgraceful to other patients! Should be ashamed to have her as part of your team!
I would not rate this surgery at all .. 3 bad experience 2 of these was down to not prescribing repeat medication correctly...
