I would not rate this surgery at all .. 3 bad experience 2 of these was down to not prescribing repeat medication correctly...
Updated review Sept 2025: I had an appointment already booked today for removal of stitches: this morning I submitted a patches request for other acute symptoms. I was first seen by Dr Osman in response to my patches request - he was polite, compassionate & I felt really listened to - he also seemed to genuinely care about how I was feeling. Thank you. Unfortunately I can’t give no stars. What an absolute disgrace this surgery has become. The owner obviously doesn’t care how badly people are being treated. I’m now going to report them to anybody I can hopefully someone will listen moved to beechwood medical centre I should have done it years ago it’s brilliant.
