Appalling.. just appalling! Im a truck driver who's found a lump under my armpit. I phones the surgery explaining my job and that im not due a break for hours yet. Could I speak to someone on phone..NO I have to fill out patches.. so illegally I have to do this or wait 4hours ro do it.. then its another day I qont get an appointment. Brilliant reception staff and docs are amazing and get the right result
The receptionists are friendly, I used patchs to get an appointment and I was seen the same morning. The doctor was friendly and answered all questions in enough detail so i could understand what was going on. Never had any issues.
