I maintain my right to write an honest review after my experience trying to seek consultation with Chase. My first scheduled appointment was made with a foreign intake contact whom I could barely understand. At the last minute, the appointment was rescheduled for a much later date. The time arrived, and I did not receive a call. Almost 15 minutes later I received an email from Chase indicating "call issues" but the email was still sent nearly 15 minutes late, regardless.
