I was 11 minutes late to my appt and without notice I was told it was canceled in person and I had a 1 hr massage not a good first impression… and no she does not have a late policy on her site nor a cancellation policy.
Terrible experience they canceled my appointment which was for an whole hour didn’t pickup the phone nor gave me a refund
After being cancelled by another business, I found Kei on instagram. She immediately set me up an appointment. I told her I was in "terrible" condition, in pain and could barely walk in! She greeted me with such a beautiful and understanding spirit, I knew that I had found the person for my massage needs. If you enjoy a gentle, warm hand massage, Kei Yin is definitely worth a visit! The service is both professional and courteous. They offer a variety of treatments; however, couples’ massages are not available at the moment. Despite this, my husband and I each enjoyed our massages one after the other. I received a lymphatic massage for my neck, back, arms, and legs, while my husband chose a Swedish massage. One of the best massages I’ve had! Kei was very friendly and her space was so calming and relaxing. She was ready as soon as I got there and offered me tea and a snack when leaving. Highly recommend!
