Went there to get a estimate for my Jeep Wrangler.
Wonderful experience at KEI when needing my brakes and rotors replaced and a few other minor fixes with my car. The estimate price that they sent me through email was originally a bit steep for me since I’m on a budget, so I told them I was needing to save a bit and have a few things removed from the original estimate. Mike was so easy to work with and made the price go down to where it was reasonable and comfortable for me to afford! Stopped in to get a quote on my son‘s Kia that had a dent in the liftgate. Mike walked out took a look gave me a price. On my drive home. I stopped by two other autobody places. Mike quote saved me close to $1500! Work was done rapidly, and you can’t even tell there was a dent. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I had had the same situation a few years ago with the same results and I am glad it’s still the same great place to take your car to get fixed.
The ONLY place we take out vehicles for everything from basic service to major repairs. Our family has been going to KEI for decades and it's always the same results: Phenomenal team, service and quality. KEI is what you expect businesses to live up to that many don't. 5 stars isn't enough to show our appreciation for this gem of a family owned business.
