Sometimes you bring a car in for repair and when you get it back, you just have to trust that they did what they said they would do. Other times you get the car back and it feels like they’ve essentially remade your car. I recently had the latter sort of experience at KEI. Thank you, Mike, for correctly diagnosing a knocking issue I was having and getting me back on the road, feeling secure and confident in my 12-year-old Subaru.
Mike and Michelle are the best! I have been using them for service on all my vehicles for around 10 years. They have always been honest, reasonable, and stand behind their work.
Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price.
