Good company overall
My experience thus far with Rosa Restoration has been so unbelieveably disheartening that I am not sure where to begin. Those who run this company seem to never know what is going on. Communication might as well be non-exsistent. More than once we have been told one thing only to find out the opposite is true, pushing back our finish date MONTHS. Almost every time we are told workers will be at our home to complete a task, I come home to find nothing has been done. Specific things that were clearly communicated on multiple o... read more
I had to do some work in my basement which needed multiple county inspections done within limited time frame (summer 2019). It was impossible to find anybody for this job and Scott really helped me out. He knows very well secrets of his profession and county code so he told us what we needed to do and what would be just waste of money. His team did very nice job, they had to come several times because of county inspections and third party involved. All 5 inspections passed without any issue.
