Do NOT use Dan DeRose as your lawyer for ANYTHING. He represented me in the selling of my house. I already had a very large file with as he put it, "Everything we need!". I very confidently said we would close on May 1st however we closed on June 9th. During this time he took a 2 week vacation to Key West.
