I went in for a filling. It is a surface cavity on the gingiva 3rd. A class 3 procedure. I have no nerve damage or any sensitivity. It is a new cavity. He wanted to do a root canal and cap!!! I have had these types of fillings in the past. He told me a filling would not hold! He also said I had nerve damage and tried to get me to say I was in pain when I was not. I left to find another dentist.
