No Aloha here! Been a resident for over 10 years and have seen the association go down hill. The difficult Parking situation NOT enforced and seeing vehicles parked illegally for over a month near stop signs, near " no parking signs" and worse near fire hydrants. Few vehicles appear to be abandoned and NOTHING has been done!! Why do we pay so much for this association if we get no action or improvements. We should start a community Facebook page to all interact and post pictures etc. Very 😞 posting pictures later
Very disappointing about the fairness this community association has for the PARKING situation & enforcement!!! Definitely divided and unfair. They will ticket family vehicles when they have only sat there for only one night!! On the other hand for example a white Chevrolet Silverado truck obstructing a fire hydrant and also same side of road with posted signs of "no parking! They used to build houses and the developer would build you the Rockwall and placed a fence. They would level the ground and it would be nearly turnkey ready. Now, they give you a house with no lights, no fans, weeds, or dirt, with garbage buried barely an inch, from all of the contractors that they hire.
