I purchased a 24-70mm lens and it arrived with issues, it was displaying an error message and unusable. I tried it on multiple camera bodies. KEH replaced the lens, but the return process was actually a nightmare. The KEH Sales Support employee—who I will not name to protect the individual—lacked professionalism in their emails to me and did not pay close enough attention to my emails to even answer all of my questions. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff! This is the only play I buy gear.
I had some hiccups with my experience with Keh. Wrong order information, returns based on needs and misinformation/charges, etc. Along the way Clint showed support as he went to his full depths to help remedy my issues, even when it seemed like my problems were unreconcilable. That’s the Tier. 5 stars to Clint.
Drove all the way to Athens after calling and them telling me they had options available for me to look at. I arrive at the store and they tell me the warehouse is closed and they’re only doing online orders. Make that make sense. I’m sure they have good gear and the other reviews seem great. This is just my experience. Waste of time, won’t be back.
