sent the wrong lens, didn't ship me a new one until the next week, very scammy practices all around, avoid.
Sold a lens that had been used twice since new. Lens was in like new condition. They knocked the condition down to excellent and reduced my payment by $40. It took them 8 days after they received the lens to evaluate and make an offer. Then the payment was a digital payment to a prepaid visa... and then extra steps to get it transferred to a bank account. Just more hassle than it needed to be.. I bought a used lens from KEH that was reported as “excellent” condition but was found to have microscopic mold in it. I will never purchase from them again.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I received a $300+ camera from KEH as a graduation gift and had problems with every stage of the order from the shipping to the camera itself to the customer service afterwards. For shipping, I had specifically asked for no signature required and was promised this would be the case as fed ex has a history of not actually knocking on our door. Unacceptable experience with mislabeled gear and poor customer service I recently purchased what was advertised as a Sennheiser AVX-MKE2 set in "Like New Minus" condition. Unfortunately, my experience with KEH was highly disappointing: Wrong & Defective Item: They sent the lower-tier AVX-ME2 set instead of the upgraded MKE2 I paid for.
