My experience with the purchase I made was rocky and anxiety driven, however, not because of KEH themselves. KEH's customer service team worked with me and gave me closure so I could have some peace of mind throughout the delivery. As for the quality of the product itself, it's far better than I had anticipated. I figured i was going to get a camera with between a 50k-100k shutter count. It has less than 10k on it with an abundance of life left in it. I will most definitely be buying more things from here in the near future.
