I’ve sold gear to KEH several times before and always received straightforward digital cash payments. This time I was only issued a Trade Voucher. The only option shown was “Add to Google Wallet,” with no clear way to receive cash. I had to call customer service, wait on hold for a long time, and specifically request a conversion before the cash payment option finally appeared. I came to sell gear obviously the buyer was getting off another one came . He skipped over me even though he had me signed in . I don’t want to say what I think but this is so unorganized and unprofessional I will never return ever
