Wife was window shopping somehow hit buy with her stuff saved on it. Immediately canceled the order but they still shipped the product the next day after 12 now they want us to return it and have a processing fee. Complete disbelief by a business

They sent me the wrong lens and I asked to refund my two day shipping and handling but they said they counter because the first shipment was sent even tho they sent me the wrong lens

Consistently sends the wrong item or the items is so egregiously misclassified that you wonder if anybody actually looked at it before they rated it and sold it.

I recently visited Tokyo and visited many camera stores looking for a lens that piqued my interest. I found nothing. The quality wasn't as great as I expected and I saw no bargains. So I returned home and thought to give KEH a try. I ordered a 35mm Summaron 3.5; a lens that is 60+ years old, and a Leica hood to go with it.
