I got an estimate online for a z50 Nikon with 3 lens that I purchased from Best buy at the end of 2021. It was too much for the wife to deal with. Everything was kept in a sling camera bag and had only 300 pics taken on it. Mailed it off. They checked it out but listed one lens as bargain greatly reducing the value. I called. Absolutely terrible - don't waste your time KEH Camera's website is completely broken and their customer service is a joke. I spent over 2 hours trying to buy a lens, attempting checkout more than 20 times only to get stuck on some ridiculous captcha that wouldn't work. This isn't just annoying - their whole ordering system is basically useless. Fairly disappointing experiences. More than once, I’ve ordered from KEH only to have the item go out of stock after my order was placed. It’s frustrating to think an order is confirmed, only to be told days later it can’t be fulfilled. Hope KEH can improve its inventory accuracy.
I had ordered an item using next day shipping and they changed my shipping method to ground. I was traveling so I could not get the item due to their mistake. I had to reach out to them and only then did they refund me but only for part of the shipping cost. I have had a back and forth with them and the item was never recieved yet they still demand me to return an item I don't have, and I don't have it due to their mess up!
