I worked with Zuri and she was amazing and very helpful! However my experience with their checkout system is TERRIBLE! Someone was allowed to order the same lenses online I was checking out in store. This was their last lenses so I had to wait almost 2 hrs just for them to figure out how to cancel the online order and sell to me. Thankfully Zuri went above and beyond to get my equipment , but I will not be returning.

I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service! I purchased a 2.8 lens and they send me a 4.0 cheap one of which I didn't purchase. It's been 4 days... NO call back (after calling them daily). They stick to a script of "someone will call you back as soon as possible", not helping their customer or solve a problem they created by shipping the incorrect lens. Now I am forced to rent a lens locally to cover an assignment and pay a rental fee that I shouldn't be faced with. NEVER buying from them again and you shouldn't eit... read more

Overall great exprience selling my gear here. Sometimes, the offer is much lower than expected but they will ship your items back quickly. Payment is pretty quick. Also, their customer service is great, whether through email or phone, they respond pretty quickly and able to issues resolve fairly fast.

Bought a used lens and it was defective. Did a return. Bought a new lens without any issues. KEH said they couldnt replicate the issue and charged me $25. Do not buy... You lost a customer who's been a customer for over a decade.
