I'd never met these people at all and they treated us absolutely awful. They cussed us and shouted that they didn't have time to let us get our title out of our vehicle they had towed Friday (this occurred the following Monday) . When they finally took us to where they had our vehicle and the title was no longer in the car with all of our other files in the glove department.
