Had to call them back both times I used them. Second chance was awful. Very expensive and very poor quality service. Would not return my calls and texts that included pictures of poor quality work. Nor did they return to make my yard presentable or refund any money.
I have used Kegley’s for several years. They are very conscientious and do a great job. Billy always responds immediately to any concerns I have and communicates anytime he has to deviate from his regular schedule, for instance if it rains or if he thinks the lawn doesn’t need to be mown for a week or so. Therefore I only receive a service if it is necessary. Good value for my money!
