I went there most weekends for karaoke or just to chill.
Friendly staff
Pop is flat, sangria is flat even though there is gingerale in it .... we showed up for 8 pm karaoke didn't finally start until 9:40. Definitely a dive bar ... smells of stale cigarettes tables and chairs are sticky ... could definitely do with a good cleaning
I visited this bowling center today expecting to have a good time, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The staff’s behavior toward me was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and disrespectful. Customer service should be friendly and inclusive to everyone. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to their staff
This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a bar. The bowling and atmosphere could be fun, but the staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive. We were treated with a lack of respect that no customer deserves, and it felt targeted rather than accidental. If you’re looking for a place that values professionalism and basic decency, I’d suggest going somewhere else. Customer service here seriously needs improvement.
